Our Mantra: Eat less meat. I started this ish in 2019 at local farmers markets, then the rona happened and we had to regroup, and Rollin Roots was born. I have been cooking for as long as I can remember, and created this concept simply because more people HAVE to start eating less meat for the planet, their health, and the lil homies (animals.) As a meat eater, I know how incredibly hard it is to give it up, so I wont ask that of you. But exchanging one, or a few, of your meals with a vegan version does a huge service to the planet and yourself. I recreate meals that don’t make me miss meat, that give me the flavors and textures that I enjoy, that remind me of the food I grew up eating and would like to continue to enjoy it.
