Happy New Year!

Dear friends, January 1st 2021 is finally here and the headline reads “Enter with Caution”.

What to do? Has anything changed since 2020? How much longer will uncertainty stick around for? Does this January 1st feel weird? It does!

If you look around the internet you will find articles going anywhere from “How To Moderate Your Expectations For 2021" from Forbes Magazine to “55+ Achievable New Year's Resolutions for Healthier and Happier Living” from Good Housekeeping Magazine which include “Create a Cleaning Schedule” and “Consider Therapy”. In view of these disastrous suggestions, I am here to propose three achievable, realistic and doable 2021 New Year's Resolutions for you to consider:

  1. dance, if you don't already
  2. keep on dancing, if you already do
  3. dance more, because it's good for you

All you have to do is set your alarm so you don't accidentally miss your class, and get off from the chair, couch, lounge or bed (that is the hard part, I know) and I promise you and I will both feel much better afterwards.

Wishing you all a .... New Year!

Warm greetings,

Maria
