Dear customers:
Many of you have been asking how the coming lockdown will affect our store. I wanted to let you know that, as an essential business, we will remain open for in-store customer shopping. However, we will be adjusting our daily closing time back to 5pm to help facilitate extra staffing needs earlier in the day.
Next week, from the 27th to the 31st, we will still open at 10am for in-store shopping. Depending on the demand we experience for curbside and delivery, we may need to re-adjust our in-store shopping hours to allow more time in the morning to prepare orders. Please make sure you're linked with our Instagram or facebook pages, or check our website, for timely updates.
We have an amazing, dedicated team of staff members who are working very hard under stressful and challenging conditions to continue to serve you. I ask for your continued patience and cooperation with the necessary protocols we have in place to keep you and our employees safe in our store.
There may be times when you experience line-ups outside the store, longer-than-normal holds on our phone lines, or lags in our response to e-mail orders. Please know we are always doing our best to serve you in the quickest and most efficient way we can.
As a local, independent business with both employees and vendor partners who live among you in our community, we truly appreciate the support you've given us this crazy year that was 2020, and look forward to serving you in 2021 - our 45th year in business!
In 2021 we will be launching a new website, an e-commerce store for easy curbside ordering, and a virtual seminar/webinar platform to keep bringing you quality health and wellness information from local and national experts.
