Notice to GOPAC Members Only
Dear GOPAC Members,
We would like to inform you that the electronic Annual General Meeting (AGM) of GOPAC for 2020 will be held at the end of February 2021. The exact date will be confirmed upon approval of the GOPAC Board of Directors.
Members who wish to propose any additional agenda items for the AGM may lodge them with the Secretariat by midnight Jakarta time on January 10, 2021. Members who wish to propose any constitutional amendments may lodge them with the Secretariat by midnight Jakarta time on January 15, 2021.
A final agenda will be sent to members by mid-February 2021, when electronic voting on agenda items is opened. Please note that as GOPAC elections are held every two years, this “2020 AGM” contains no elections for board positions. Members who wish to obtain a proxy vote form or advise of any email address change should contact the Secretariat.
