Dear <<First Name>>,
Mission San Jose Chamber Giving Back
Our MSJ Chamber Board Member, Valerie Tavares, delivering delicious lunches from Ohlone Deli to our local Fire Station #4. The fire station has helped Santa get to our Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony every year. Our way of saying "Thank You" to these great public servants! We had to cancel this year's event, but the festive and lighted tree was enjoyed by our neighborhood throughout the Holidays!

Recap of Recent Events
Dominican Sisters' Holiday Boutique went virtual this year. Shoppers ordered online from an array of treats, arts, and crafts. Here we see them lined up in their cars to pick up of their fruitcakes, bourbon balls, cookies, and other Holiday items. Photo by the Dominican Sisters
As it has for 38 years, the nine evening Las Posadas tradition was again celebrated with entertainment provided by the Fremont Cultural Arts Council. Each nightly performance was enjoyed from the comfort of one’s own home through the use of ZOOM.
For those not able to tune in, the last evening's Christmas Carol organ concert in the Old Mission San Jose Church was captured and placed here for all to enjoy. Listed below are MSJ Chamber members who have hosted the in-person event in prior years. Our thanks to them for their past hospitality, and we hope we'll all enjoy Las Posadas in person in 2021.

Self-esteem and awareness
of others is an essential part of development for children.” This is developed through teacher-guided activities that ensure all children's development is supported and enriched. A Child's Hideaway offers five different programs, starting with its "Great Beginnings" program for children aged 2-4 years old, plus academic summer camp. Their center is located in the Mission San Jose district of Fremont, directly across the street from Weibel Elementary School.
