Snee Farm Community Foundation 2021 Annual Assessment Extension

Dear Neighbors,
We understand that many residents have either just recently received their notice for the 2021 Annual Assessment, or have not yet received it.
While the notice indicates the assessment is due on January 1, 2021, please know that no late penalties will incur unless the postmark is after January 31, 2021.
The Snee Farm Community Foundation took all steps to have the assessment notices out as quickly as possible, yet understand some extraordinary delays with the USPS are causing inconveniences in this regard.
