Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Thank you very much to the parish staff and all our parishioners who had a hand in preparing for the various Christmas Masses. Thank you for your flexibility and patience as we navigated these last days to try and keep the doors open so that we all could draw close to Our Lord. This weekend we will Livestream on Facebook during the 5:00 PM Anticipated Mass for the Feast of the Epiphany.

Epiphany Chalk
We will have individual bags of blessed chalk available in the Commons for your devotional use at home. Please consider marking the entryway to your home as a witness to our Christian Faith and an invocation of Our Lord's blessing upon all who enter your home.

Resources for the Season of Christmas
We're mindful that the Christmas season begins with the Christmas Masses and continues to the Feast of the Baptism of our Lord, which replaces, usually, the first Sunday in Ordinary time.

1. Every year we pass out blessed chalk for the Epiphany Blessing, pick up yours the weekend of 2-3 January.
Leave your Christmas Tree up until 2 February, Feast of the Presentation of Our Lord, the traditional conclusion to the Christmas Season
Attend Mass on 2 February, Purification of Our Lady/ Presentation of Our Our Lord
1. 6:30 PM (Blessing of Candles and Simple Procession for Mass)
2. 8:00 AM (Blessing of Candles following Mass)

Year of St. Joseph!

On 8 December, the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Holy Father announced the Catholic Church will be celebrating a year in honor of St. Joseph. This presents us with a wonderful opportunity to engage the faith with renewed vigor.

The Jeff Cavin’s Bible Timeline series will be offered by Fr. O’Reilly on a weekly basis starting on January 25th. Please consider joining us on Monday evenings to learn more about the Sacred Scriptures. The cost is 40.00. Fr. O’Reilly will be leading an Exodus 90 group starting January 4th. This program is open for all adult men of the parish and involves 90 days of spiritual preparation towards Easter. The group will perform acts of penance and read through the book of Exodus in order to better hear the voice of God in the desert.
