Session Four begins on January 11

Students who attended session three will be contacted to discuss scheduling.

Students who did not attend session three and would like to sign up for classes can call the office at (406) 447-6387 or reply to this email to set up a scheduling appointment.

All students must complete an online orientation before beginning classes. If you have questions regarding orientation, please reach out to your teachers. Teachers will also be available for live help the week of January 4th, both in the building and over Zoom or phone.

In-person Classes

In-person classes will be held In Room 202 of Helena College. These classes require consistent attendance and completion of work outside of class. All students and teachers are expected to wear a face covering and sanitize their tables when they enter and leave the room.

Remote Classes

Remote classes are asynchronous, meaning that students can access materials at any time. Teachers will post all material for the week on the previous Friday. Assignments will be due on Thursday each week. Teachers will be available during class time for help.

Two Options for HiSET

The Helena Adult Learning Center has resumed paper-based HiSET testing. Safety protocols limit the number of test-takers, so be sure to sign up early. To see the testing calendar or sign up for a test, sign in to your HiSET account.

Test-takers still have the option to take the HiSET exam at home. To read the complete list of requirements, visit the HiSET website. 16, 17, and 18-year-olds are now eligible to take the HiSET at home. For more information or to download age waiver applications, visit the Montana Office of Public Instruction website.
