Hello, friends! Welcome to 2021. Does it feel different? Probably not. But it still feels meaningful. See my blog post for more thoughts about that.
I had a week and a half off from work (and even did a good job of not working during that time). It's the longest break I've had since the end of March when I moved. I had lots of plans for things to get done. Very few of them got done. It's funny how that happens.
So I'm starting 2021 with a sense of overwhelm and behindedness. This year will be an important one for me professionally, I think, and I tend to pre-stress. That's what I'm doing now, I guess. But I have a tendency to luck my way through situations, so here's hoping that continues.
In the meantime, finish off your snacks and let's get to making 2021 better than 2020!
