Learn About Our Work

Last Day for Our End of Year Campaign

Help Us Build a Brighter Future for Immigrants in 2021
We ask you to consider making a gift today to help us continue our mission into 2021 of providing asylum seekers and other immigrants in detention with the legal knowledge and services they need to succeed. Now is the time to build back our justice system.

Asylum seekers without representation receive protection only 12% of the time, whereas those with an attorney are granted protection 47% of the time. The Migrant Center is working on the ground every day to level the playing field and ensure that everyone has a real shot at a fair day in court.

Support Our Work

The CARES Act, passed in March to provide COVID relief, allows a tax deduction of up to $300 for monetary donations made to 501(c)(3) non-profits by taxpayers in 2020 who do not itemize deductions.
