I hope that you all enjoyed a beautiful Christmas despite the current situation.
We are about to pivot into a new year. A new realm. The Age of Aquarius! How exciting to be a part of this era.
Many of us are glad to see 2020 be left behind us. Your feelings are justified as change can be difficult. Change forced upon us can be like rebirth. Uncomfortable. Untimely. Messy. Raw. All of it.
I invite you at this time, to find one small piece of what you have learned this past year. How you have changed. What has become important to you, that perhaps was not before. Who or what have you chose to leave behind. What serves your highest good.
Release and realign moving into 2021.
Every situation, circumstance and person is a mirror for us. We change. We shift. And if we are lucky, we find a new way to coexist not only within ourselves, but with a world that is vastly different.
So heading into a new era and year, let's choose to not be dismayed or angry at 2020. Let's instead choose to be grateful that we have made it through an incredible feat. That we have come out perhaps weary travellers, scarred a bit and tired, but we have made it. We are reslient spiritual beings having a challenging human experience.
Join me on Jan.1 @ 8pm, for a beautiful guided meditation and healing to kick off 2021. We will start with some connective breathwork and lead into a meditation that will honour the last year, leaving it and it's lessons....and moving forward with hope and optimism for a beautiful new year!!
Following the written meditation, a gentle remote Reiki sending will be available for those who wish to receive.

As you grow your light, your light finds other lights, becoming stronger and stronger. The world needs you as a Light Bearer. Your energy and light make a difference in you as an individual, but also the collective.
May peace surround you, above, below and all around.
May love fill your hearts in the most amazing ways.
