It’s the last video of the year – so you know I’ve got some thoughts! I look back over 2020 and find some positive things, a few shenanigans (here’s looking at you, birthday!) and start looking forward to what’ll be coming in 2021. Some of the links mentioned are below the video.

The bear is drawn in a “scribble sketch” style…..I’ve created a number of these lately, they’re so forgiving since you can keep changing whatever doesn’t look quite right!
The Covid pandemic of 2020 is one we won’t forget soon – though hopefully the vaccine is going to start having an impact in the next few months? (please!) I learned a few things from it though:

I’ve wanted to have a fine art site for years now. “All the other artists look so cool, and a dumb page on this blog looks unserious!” Yes, play your tiny violin for me as I whine! But whining no more, I have a fancy site like the other cool kids do.

I’ve gathered the Inspiration Posts HERE – and will add to them each week! (The link is in the menu bar too for ease of finding it.) I’m hoping to have a new one of these each Saturday, though if I skip one don’t get mad. lol. I’m trying to fix all the broken links from all of history, so it’s kind of a daunting task!
2021 here we come
The inspiration posts are something I want to tackle with vigor – along with lots of new classes, and regular inspiration on social media! After Q1 I’ll be looking at the YouTube numbers and see just how it’s looking; if things are ticking upward, I’ll stick to the current 3 videos a week, but might switch to 2 if the algorithm is still killing me over there. It’s so frustrating!
