There is a supportive living facility in Burlington that is currently in outbreak and in need of primary care support. Bethany Residence houses some very vulnerable citizens - adults experiencing cognitive difficulties, impairments or psychiatric problems.
The facility is located at 2387 Industrial Street. A link to the facility and description of its services can be found here: http://http://www.bethanyresidence.ca/
