Just a brief email this time, including a quick reminder of our opening times and delivery deadlines for Christmas.
But the main event is news of our latest collaboration. We've worked on a cocktail recipe with our friends at the Highland Liquor Company, and we're delighted to say that it's ready to go and available to purchase now.
By Way Of 23 is a twist on a Martini that's also twist on a Negroni. It has bitter notes, there's a dry herbal character, but the Seven Crofts gin is front and centre and leads the flavour charge with bold juniper.
Available now on our website and also from the Highland Liquor Co.'s bottle shop in Ullapool, £12.50 / 20cl / 31.7%ABV.

Deadlines, deadlines, deadlines
We're into the home straight now, with just five shopping days left. Barring any changes to the rules our three shops will be open right up until Christmas Eve. If you're shopping online you can select pick up in store. For our city centre shops that option will be available right up until Christmas Eve. For Clarence Drive, last orders will be 4pm on Tuesday 22nd.
We've added an extra local delivery day on Monday the 21st. There are limited slots available, so get your order in quickly. Please make sure that there will be somebody in to receive your delivery.
And we'll continue to ship via DHL, although any orders received after 12 noon on Monday the 21st may well not make it in time for Christmas.
