What Child Is This? Christ the King!

In this fourth week of Advent, we hear the angel tell Mary that she would bear the Savior Jesus. Who is he? He is our Eternal King. What does that mean? He comes to set up his throne on our hearts. May the Lord help us keep him as the king of our hearts and lives! Join us for worship this week to worship Jesus, our King! Sunday at 9:00 am | Christmas Eve at 5:00 pm | Christmas Day at 9:00 am.

Check out our Sunday Morning Service live at 9:00 am at youtube.com/c/stpetersmonticello

In our Prayers

  • Doug Arnold - got home from the hospital on Thursday. They removed his kidney and feel they got all the cancer. It sounds like things looked better than they thought with the colon and nothing was done. We pray for the Lord to grant him healing, strength and peace in Jesus.

  • Family of Dale Wagner - as the Lord called him home to paradise last Saturday evening. His funeral was today (Saturday). We keep his family (Patsy - wife, Donna & Bonnie - his daughters & family) in our prayers.

  • Audrey Carlson - is slowing making progress in Annandale Nursing Home.

  • Ruth Brower - is back in her apartment at St. Ben’s in Monticello.

VOTER’S MEETING - Tomorrow, Sunday at 10:20 am. If you are not able to attend in person, you are invited to try joining us via Microsoft Meeting. Please email pastor at welsne@gmail.com or text me at (763) 350-2991. The meeting will be to approve the budget and election of officers.
