What a Year that was!!

Before we recap, we want to thank you for your continued support throughout this unpredictable period. We end 2020 stronger and in a good position to do more great things in 2021 – events allowing! THANK YOU.

What started out as a year of great hope quickly changed for all of us, but we managed to assist with a virtual inspection solution and saw many customers adapting quickly to new restrictions and uncertainty.

This year PIM has developed considerably, with a huge focus being integration to create a more simple, seamless inspections. Thank you to all our integration partners including MRI, PropertyMe, Console, Cirrus8, Re-Leased, Palace and Chintaro. Watch out for more releases and updates in the New Year.

We’ve continued to build on the introduction of the PIM for iPhone version, with many efficiency improvements – we will be releasing a totally revamped camera module early 2021 with a new interface and mark up capability! Check out the sneak peek below!

There will be limited email sales and support between 24th December and 5th January 2021 so that we can take a well-earned break, however, as always our PIM Help Desk will be open to help you with any questions or problems you may encounter.
