Training in Person Centered Thinking Training and more..

As Person centered practices are at the heart of our work, Inclusive World offered training to all the program leads with a view to educate and empower them. These trainings were given by TLCPCP certified trainer Trudy Grable. Our committed program leads dedicated their early Saturday mornings for 8 weeks, from Oct 17 through Dec 12, to ensure that they have a comprehensive understanding of person-centered values.

In September, the Person Centered Services Team developed One Page Profiles (OPP) to help enable a better experience in our program sessions. In December, Inclusive World conducted its first Person-centered reviews which are designed to understand how an individual has evolved so their one page profile can be updated accordingly.
