Bitesize wellbeing training for staff

Three bitesize wellbeing sessions are now available for you to book at your school: relaxation and mindfulness, sleep hygiene, and managing your everyday anxieties. These topics were requested in the Ealing staff wellbeing survey (summer 2020) which found that approximately 50% of staff were sleeping less well, feeling more anxious and feeling more low.
