If you saw our emails at the end of last year, you’ll remember Bob was hoping for a new X/Y tracking lift system in his room at an Empower Simcoe supported living home. And guess what? Thanks to everyone who donated to our Freedom to Move! Campaign, over $18,000 was raised to give Bob a lift and many others the mobility aids they needed as well.
When you donate to the Empower Simcoe Foundation, you give people like Bob greater independence, dignity, and self-worth. Maybe your gift helps a family caregiver receive a much-needed break, or a young adult with a developmental disability outfit her first apartment. Your gift can do so much!
