As this unparalleled year draws to a close, we want you to know how much you are appreciated. When we look back to what has guided our decision-making and planning throughout 2020, we realize the conversation always comes back to serving you, our patrons. When we focus on that, we know what we need to do. 

You have been there throughout the uncertainty, the waves and troughs, the complete closing, the limited opening. Now we move forward into a new year together with a light at the end of this twisted winding tunnel.

The kind words we receive on the phone and via electronic means, the quick heartfelt "Hello" or "Thank You" at curbside pickup or during computer appointments, all keep the staff going when it feels a little lonely here in our big empty building.
