This time of year always lends itself to reflection. What a year 2020 is likely to be in the history books.
We want to extend a heartfelt, "Thank You!" to each of you who worked with us this past year. While we cannot recall a more up and down year, we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to help the folks that we did. It is great to see new faces riding bikes and to see those that have been along for the ride with us for years.
To those that bought bikes and equipment from us this year, we want to particularly express our gratitude. You have allowed us to keep doing what we do. The world has changed; supply chains are not functioning as they used to. From fitting and service work to new equipment arriving there were delays this past year and there will be more moving forward. Your flexibility and understanding is appreciated.
We wish you the best this holiday season. We hope that you have a good end to 2020 and that 2021 starts with renewed hope and promise. Let's have a great season on and off the bike!
Thank you,
Marty, Dean, Stephen, Mike, Joe, Brad, Jaz, Jeff, Bruce & Ian

2021 Bike Forecast
At the risk of sounding like a broken record player, we're going to reinforce that we highly recommend planning (and ordering) cycling equipment and bikes as far in advance as possible for 2021. People who wait until spring 2021, are likely to find their options quite limited.
The bike industry is totally different than it was a year ago. Some companies are sold through 2021 models and the year hasn't even started. The industry is beholden to a small number of major component manufacturers who are not able to produce as much inventory as they used to during a time when there is increased demand. What this means to you is that it is worth planning as far ahead as you possibly can. The only way to get guarantee that you'll get what you want is if you have it on order. If you don't, be prepared to search very hard for it or be willing to compromise.
