“Leadership” virtual process group

This group is specifically for those who want to grow in their leadership in this work, students or graduates of Core Energetics, Radical Aliveness and those who feel it’s time to deepen their exploration of the principle of taking 100% responsibility for their lives so they can be more free.

It's a value of mine to get the whole group involved and to have each person take leadership to get what they need in the group.  This is not just a principle for group work, but also an important principle for life.  This is a process that I will be teaching the group in an ongoing fashion with concepts, exercises and invitations to risk. While there will be individual processes, the invitation is for everyone to keep exploring when they need to affect others, and when they need to let themselves be affected, what it means to step into their leadership and in all cases to explore what it might mean to participate fully.

 

Details:

• Bi-weekly (every two weeks) Virtual group on Zoom, 6:30 - 9:30 PM EST.
• Depending on the preference expressed by those interested the group will start EITHER:

Tuesday, January 5^th, 2021    OR   Wednesday, January 13^th, 2021

• The group will run for 12 sessions and complete in June, 2021.
• Each group member would commit to a minimum of 8 consecutive sessions when joining the group, but would of course be welcome to do all 12.
• The cost would be $70 per group (payable by cheque, credit card* or PayPal* - *3.8% extra fee)
• The group would run for 3 hours (minimum 10 people) on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. (With less than 10 participants I would run a 2 hour group)
• New group members will only be able to join up until the first group in April, after that the group will be closed until it ends in June.
• New members of the group would have to be students or graduates of Core Energetics, Radical Aliveness, or pass an interview with me to see if this group is right for them.
• Group members must also be in an individual process with a practitioner (2 sessions / month recommended). This is because A LOT can come up in a group and there is never time to deal with everything.  When group members commit to having individual support outside the group, the work can go deeper for everyone and there is more safety.
• The group would be capped at 24 participants.  I will be bringing in 1-2 assistants.
