Bringing Magic and Joy to Children
48th Annual Holiday Share event brings the magic and joy of the holiday season to 415 children
Our hearts are bursting with gratitude from the generosity that poured through our doors this month—enabling us to gift toys, stuffed animals, bikes, and food to 415 children and 200 families last Saturday.
Thank you to our generous donors, volunteers & staff
who made this event possible.
Our first ever drive-through Holiday Share was featured in the Marin IJ.

One Story out of Hundreds
Thank you for Making a Difference!
The families we serve are deeply grateful for your support. Please see the client story below.
Ryan*, a student receiving a scholarship at NMCS, has been asking for a bicycle since this summer. Victoria*, his mom, is a single mom working full time. She told us that this year she could not afford a bike or toys because her son needed dental surgery. Victoria told her son to prepare for a Christmas with only one small gift and no bike. NMCS ensured Ryan got several holiday gifts plus a new bike and helmet last Saturday.
"Thank you so much! God bless all of you who helped me. Blessings to all and know that I will receive the gifts with all my heart." - Victoria

Your Support in Action
See how NMCS is Helping People in North Marin
As an active member of VOAD (Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster) we are truly on the front lines, serving those most affected by the pandemic in our community.
Since the pandemic began we have served 8,054 people in need. We’re keeping families together and in their homes with emergency rental assistance, feeding those in need through our weekly food pantry, providing mental health care to struggling teens and adults, and serving youth through on-site childcare and educational support.
Our work continues—there are over 200 people on our waiting list for emergency rent and other assistance. We invite you to read our latest Impact Report and Executive Summary to learn more about our impact in North Marin.
