CPCW are currently seeking a Contractor Engagement Officer to work with our team to improve the connection to our contractors, and to coach and develop local workforces to meet the changing pharmacy landscape by focusing on service delivery.
The post holder will:
Provide first line support to contractors on issues that impact their pharmacy business.
Work with contractors to coach and develop local workforces to meet the changing pharmacy landscape – focussing on service delivery.
Deliver training material to pharmacy teams at planned sessions and ad-hoc within a pharmacy setting.
Use data to inform decisions and assist contractors in developing their businesses.
Increase the visibility of the Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC) amongst contractors and promote its activities locally.
Based from home with travel across the CPCW footprint. Some regional and national travel may be required.
Permanent, full time (37 hours per week) role requiring flexibility. It may include evenings and weekends from time to time.
Salary dependent upon experience and qualifications (£12.50-£14.50) with an auto-enrolled pension offered.
5 weeks annual leave (+ public holidays) rising with length of service.
