Pass the Flame
Join us in passing the Flame of Christ from one to another this Advent. If you are tech-savvy, we invite you to record a video of you passing a flame, from one candle to another and from one neighbor to another. Send me the video for our Christmas Eve worship. Or take a picture of you and your family holding a lit candle.
If you’d like to participate and want some help recording, let me know and I’ll come take a picture or video. Let’s pass the Flame of Faith throughout our community.

Christmas Eve Bags
As we pass the Flame of Christ from one to another, you’re invited to stop by the church and grab your bag of Christmas Eve Supplies including your candles and glow sticks. When you stop by, grab a neighbors bag and take it to them! The church office will be open on Thursday, Christmas Eve day from 9-12. For the procrastinators, you could grab them during the Carol Sing-Along at 3pm.

As we gather at the manger, I invite you to remember Flame of Faith in your end of year giving. It’s been a complicated year for everyone as with the church and we continue to do the ministry of Christ as best we can. The Adopt-a-Bin program is a great volunteer opportunity at the New Life Center. We are always looking for individuals, families, or businesses that are willing to spend about an hour each week emptying our donation bins (clothing, shoes, belts, and purses) and bringing the donations to the New Life Center Thrift Store. Meals On Wheels is a program for people age 60 and older who are confined to their homes and unable to prepare meals for themselves. Volunteers are utilized to assist in the delivery process to those who receive a meal.
