We are excited to introduce the new builder newsletter for Southshore Bay and look forward to continue to share development updates and more each month. Answers to your most recent questions are included in the Q&A section of this email.

In the link below you will find the entire Southshore Bay map including current builder model centers, trails, amenities, and future development. 

Wait! There’s more. We will provide an overview of the plan in the first builder meeting of 2021 and will be updating for redistribution as future development details are confirmed. Additionally, an 11 x 17 printout will be delivered to your model center soon for use in your sales presentations and distribution to buyers.

Opening Summer, the Metro Lagoon at Southshore Bay will forever change the way you view coastal living in the beautiful sunny state of Florida. An entire 5-acres of stunning, crystal blue water will be surrounded by shores of resort-style fun including a swim-up bar complete with cocktails, a family beach area, a fun Gasparilla Island, a cool café, a bay full of entertainment and adventure including recreation rentals, a huge floating obstacle course and one sweet slide. Each week will be full of resident-only events, activities, and classes to connect neighbors and form new friendships.

Significant construction progress has been made over the last two months. The coated section of the 2nd and 3rd beach along the east side of the Lagoon has been poured with new footers. Cabana Cove has been poured including both sets of stairs and benches. Piping, sealing, poly locks and more. Share progress with your customers using recent drone footage.

We are in the process of creating a Lagoon Flyer to reflect important resident information regarding fees, guest passes, Lagoon access and so much more, and will share it soon. Each week will be full of resident-only events, activities, and classes to connect neighbors and form new friendships.

Our four-legged residents love Southshore Bay just a little bit more now that they can cool off and quench their first after playing at the dog park. New water faucets were recently installed in both the small and big dog parks off of Lagoon Shore Blvd for all our furriest residents to enjoy.
