Support Local in Pleasanton

The City of Pleasanton is continuing to support local businesses with the Shop Small, Support Local campaign in Pleasanton and in partnership with the Pleasanton Downtown Association in the downtown district. Add a business profile on Pleasanton's Open for Business webpage and update your information as needed. Business signage such as No Mask, No Service, Open for Delivery, Open for Take-out, is also available by request HERE.

Close to $1.2 Million Approved in
Business Support Funds

The City of Pleasanton has approved close to $1.2 million to assist more than 100 Pleasanton businesses as part of the Business Support Fund loan program. Qualifying businesses are encouraged to apply at www.cityofpleasantonca.gov/eddsupportfund.

Updated County Essential Office Guidance

Alameda County updated its Indoor Essential Office Guidance for face coverings, barrier height, and common areas. The guidance is intended to support a safe, clean working environment for employees and customers.

COVID-19 Infection Reporting for Employers

Businesses are required to notify the Alameda County Public Health Department of all positive COVID-19 cases. Review the County's guidance: What to do When an Employee Tests Positive for COVID-19

In accordance with California State COVID-19 reporting requirements, please use the COVID Workplace Case and Contact Reporting Form to report a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in the workplace, and any associated close contacts.

For questions related to positive employees in the workplace, please contact the COVID Workplace Response Team at COVIDworkplace@acgov.org.
