Winter Commute Month (WCM)
It's Winter Commute Month! Commuting is different this winter than last, but outdoor activity is just as important. Make sure to get outside (distanced and safely) for your fresh air and exercise this February.

Complete Streets Engagement
The City is moving forward on Complete Streets! Complete Streets can be found in urban, suburban, and rural settings, aimed at improving the streetscape for all road users - including pedestrians, cyclists, and mobility devices. Visit www.engage.hamilton.ca to take the engagement survey!

We missed seeing our Smart Commute Champions last year, but we look forward to reconvening virtually in 2021. Stay tuned for more news about the format and how the Awards will look this year!

No More Paper HSR Tickets - Get your PRESTO!

The HSR will no longer be selling physical bus tickets, make sure that you get and activate your PRESTO card today! Presto cards can be purchased at all GO Stations, Shoppers Drug Mart or Rexall. Loading can take place at the same locations in addition to online or through the app. Remember to also register your card in case you lose it!

COVID Alert App
Have you downloaded Canada's COVID-19 app yet? The app can let people know of possible exposures before any symptoms appear, while protecting your privacy. The more people who have it, the easier it is to track exposures, the safer we all are. If you haven't already, please consider taking a few minutes to download the app onto your device.
