Stop Self-Sabotage

Getting nowhere? Your subconscious could be sabotaging you.

Your consciousness is actively creating your life all the time. “I want that” or “I don't want that” or “I'm afraid of that” opens or closes the doors that allow what happens in your life.

Influencing FactorsBut what is your subconscious creating? It could be sabotaging what you are trying to create consciously:

  • One challenging relationship after another could be due to a subconscious belief that all your relationships will eventually fail.
  • If your career isn't where you want it to be, a subconscious fear of success could be working against you.

Subconscious limiting factors can be tricky to identify because they're, well... subconscious. But identifying and transforming them can be the missing piece—and often the only way—to move forward in your life.

How Nancy helps you transform self-sabotaging factors...

1 Minute to Inner Peace

A quick technique for the holidays—or anytime

Peaceful PathInner peace exists within you at all time. Achieving inner peace is simply a matter of shifting your focus to that place. When you're feeling stressed, or whenever you think about it and have a moment, try this technique to reconnect with your source of inner peace:

  1. Say inwardly: "I connect with peace."
  2. Visualize a peaceful white light filling you up and spilling out in the area surrounding your body and out about 8 feet around you. Take three deep breaths, visualizing the white light becoming stronger with each breath, pausing after each to watch the light getting stronger.

The longer you hold your focus on this, the more time all the levels of your being have to shift into a more peaceful state. Try this with your eyes open or closed (but I don't recommend using it while driving).
