4. Shipping Status & Covid-19
Well, I don't have to remind you how frustrating 2020 was, nor how we're still facing significant challenges in the beginning of 2021.
I believe we are all fortunate from the perspective of having such a great hobby to fall back into during these difficult times.
We continue to appreciate each and every one of you, our customers, with a hand written "Thank You" note on your packing slips. It's our sincere hope that your purchase puts a smile on your face when it lands in your hands.
We strive to ship your order out in a timely manner, usually well within 48 hours. Unfortunately our nation's postal systems have been significantly impacted from Covid-19 and deliveries are significantly impacted.
Whether Expedited, Tracked, or Air Mail ... every package is taking extraordinary amounts of time to arrive at their destinations ... we're now seeing 6 weeks for a package that would've taken 1.5 weeks pre Covid. Our experience is showing us that the packages are reaching their destinations, just taking an incredible amount of time, and we're sorry for that.
We understand how frustrating that can be, and we share that frustration with you. All of the manufacturers I speak to are experiencing the very same issue.
Please know that we are doing the best we can on our end to get your package quickly and safely into the postal systems.
