The new Chief Executive will manage a team that was selected as a finalist in the EDP’s ‘Team of the Year’ awards 2020 for their “phenomenal” support in the local community.

Advocacy Team Manager


Organisation: Equal Lives
Hours: 37 (full time)
Location: Equal lives main office, Framingham Pigot
Salary: £27,583.61
You will develop and implement a refreshed model of Advocacy work that enables the organisation to evidence how we have empowered clients and enabled them to become more resilient.

Peer Support Workers


Organisation: Norfolk and Waveney Mind
Hours: Full Time and Part Time positions available.
Location: Negotiable
Salary: £17,925.05 rising to £18,372.33 Per annum (pro-rata for part time positions)
The successful applicants will be committed to delivering excellent support to those accessing the Wellbeing Service, be able to work within a team and be responsive and adaptive to change.

Community Fundraising Officer


Organisation: Beat
Hours: 37.5 with some out of hours working when required
Location: Norwich (with some home working possible)
Salary: £23,293

The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring fundraisers have a great experience supporting Beat, helping to maximise the amounts they raise, as well as coordinating a range of activities and events within the community fundraising programme which includes challenge events and DIY fundraising.

Community Support Worker – Befriending


Organisation: Age UK Norwich
Hours: 20 hours/week, flexible working pattern
Location: Norwich (Temporary homeworking during pandemic)
Salary: £18,547 (Full Time Equivalent) 
The Independent Living Service provides older people support to reduce isolation and loneliness through our volunteers who offer befriending (Telephone and Face-to-Face).

Specialist Support Officer


Organisation: Norwich City Council
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Norwich
Salary: £29,577 to £32,234 per annum, pro rata for part time
The Specialist support team offers support to vulnerable Norwich City Council tenants, who are at risk of losing their tenancy through eviction or abandonment, or are struggling to manage a healthy tenancy.

Digital Fundraising and Engagement Officer


Organisation: Sue Lambert Trust
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £27,000 per annum
You will have experience of either working in a digital or marketing agency or experience of working as a fundraiser and have proven capabilities of capitalizing and harnessing support through digital platforms.

Lead Youth Support Worker

Organisation: The Benjamin Foundation
Hours: 7 hours per week term time only
Location: Watton
Salary: £3,461.92 per annum, £11.24 per hour  

The Benjamin Foundation will be starting weekly open access youth groups for young people aged 8-11 years and 12+ years in Watton. They are looking for a Lead Youth Support Worker to deliver these groups and also offer 1-to-1 outreach support to young people with a view to enable them to access the groups.

Housing Management & Support Worker

Hours: 16 hours per week to be worked flexibly
Location: Great Yarmouth
Salary: £7,829.12 per annum, £9.41 per hour

The Benjamin Foundation is seeking to recruit a new colleague to support young people providing advocacy, support and necessary skills to enable them to identify their goals for future housing, employment, education and training.

Grants & Funding Officer

Organisation: SENsational Families
Hours: 15 hours per week - Flexible Working Hours - Fixed term contract until December 2021
Location: Home-based but will need to travel occasionally 
Salary: £11.00 per hour (£7,865 per annum)

The focus of this role will be to work with the SENsational Families Team in providing general administrative duties and to lead/provide a range of virtual activities for Norfolk SEND families.
