NOTICE OF VIRTUAL ANNUAL MEETING OF UNIT OWNERS OF
SAPPHIRE BEACH RESORT AND MARINA, A CONDOMINIUM
The Board of Directors of Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina, a Condominium, hereby gives formal notice to all Unit Owners at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina that the Virtual Electronic Meeting of the Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina Condominium Association Owners at 7:00 pm AST (Island Time) (6 pm Eastern time) on January 14, 2021 is CANCELLED. The original meeting was suspended due to a power outage on the island at 3:57 pm that caused the meeting attendance to drop below a quorum. The notice of the Special Meeting to complete the unfinished business of the Annual Meeting will be sent out shortly.
