God Overcomes Every Plan of the Enemy!

Last month in the tribe of Dan’s prophecy, the horned adder’s surprise attack caused the rider to fall backward. The rider fell hard and lost his forward momentum (Gen 49:17). Yet we discover in these final 2 months of God’s yearly cycle, that with Asher and Naphtali we finish even stronger than whatever strength we had before the apostasy of Dan.

This is God’s story! This month of Asher is linked to how God overcomes every plan of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy. Our Father God will have His overcomers! And they, like Christ the Firstborn, arise as joy-filled warriors who tread upon mountains of adversity until His Kingdom is fully manifested on this earth.

Our Bridegroom has abundant JOY, which is rooted in loving righteousness and hating lawlessness (Ps 45:6-7). Hating what He hates - rejecting lawlessness and wickedness - we lovingly cling to Jesus Christ our Righteousness. 

Even in the midst of adverse circumstances, our daily journey can be plunged in oil, the anointing of the Spirit, leading us into all endurance and long-suffering with JOY. As many days as we have left, our strength, security, and favor will remain!

The Red Party is a powerful night of prayer, worship, and testimony — As an apostolic people, we are responding to God’s heart and Kingdom expansion strategies to save the unborn, heal families, and undergird local leaders who are on the front line serving those who are at risk for, and have experienced abortion. The last two Saturday nights we talked about how we are to live a life covenant all communion with the Lord. It’s interesting in this chapter how the connection of “adoring him with undivided devotion” is directly related to our obedience in giving from an uncontainable source of joy!  Let’s keep increasing in our devotion to the Lord through purposed time in the Word, responding in prayer, and overflowing in giving.

As a community, our generosity is the key that will accelerate our continued advancement of the Kingdom.

This year we are asking for REVIVAL.
REVIVAL is a return to life, a restoration of dead things, and a renewal of life in order to see our lives and everything around us flourish. REVIVAL is a reclaiming of what is already ours. 

2 Chronicles 7:14 says, 
“if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

We are not seeking a religious event but a supernatural experience in which we believe God will meet us and begin to RECLAIM what was stolen and as people, lives, and places come back to life we believe we will see people planted in His Kingdom and flourish in His Presence. 

We see an outpouring coming like that of the early church. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” 

Acts 1:8
As we seek to reach the ends of the earth with the Gospel, we will begin by asking God to begin to move in us, join us on this journey to REVIVAL.
