This is the time of year when darkness is omnipresent, especially, if you live in the northern hemisphere like me. It’s a reminder to all of us to go within and connect with our inner Light.

I hear so many women (and young adults) say how lost they feel, and how they don’t know who they really are. I remember feeling this way. Fortunately, my path led me to wonderful teachers and practices that helped me acknowledge, nurture, and expand the Light living within myself so it could radiate out. 

This growing transformed the way I saw my own energy and its place in the world, and I want to share it with you. 

In my new course, Allow Your Glow to Flow, I’m offering a creative self-discovery process that will guide you to acknowledge, release, connect, and expand your inner Light and create the flow of its glow. To guide your learning, you’ll create a painting, adding new layers in each session.

Each short lesson is a journey into your inner world where you will discover, remember, and connect (or reconnect) with who you are. Many of us are seekers, and when we engage in these kinds of creative processes, we become finders. Finders of ourselves, and of the need for our Light in others.
