Hastings Council have just released this statement on business grants with the good news that anyone who has applied for funding covering the November lockdown or tier 2, 3 or 4 restrictions you will automatically receive the new January/February grants.
COVID-19 business support update
We are now making payments to those who have applied for the local restriction support grant for businesses required to close in Tier 4 restrictions, as well as previous Tier 2 and Tier 3. The payments are now being processed and distributed to eligible businesses.
We have also now received guidance from Central Government for the grants which cover the current national lockdown, including the one-off top-up payment. We are working hard to get this scheme up and running, and we will update our website as soon as we can.
If you have already applied for the November lockdown grant or the Local Restriction Support Grant which covered Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 restrictions, you will automatically be added to the two new lockdown grants. This means you do not need to fill out another application form.
