2021 Tree Care Workshops Registration is Open!

Three ticket options are offered for the TCW series:

1. SOLD OUT!! Free Book with Intent to Test ISA or NAA and attend all 12 sessions: First come, first serve ONLY 10 Tickets Available. Pay $60 registration, check intent to test this year and attend all 12 sessions and receive ISA Study Guide Manual (valued at $130).

2. General Admission: Pay $60 to attend all 12 sessions. Registration closes January 29th at noon CST. Seats are limited. If you intend to test, you should plan to attend all twelve sessions. You can check which organization you wish to test with in your registration. We will contact you with further instructions to get yourself setup to sit for an exam.

3. Build your schedule: Pay $8 per each session you choose to attend. Registration closes January 29th at noon CST. Seats are limited.

If you have already registered for this event, nothing changes aside from, now you have the option to choose which session you wish to attend.
You do not need to indicate which one you will be attending.

The sessions will happen on Tuesday and Thursday each week with two live sessions to choose from each day. The first session will begin on Tuesday, February 2nd and the last session will be on Thursday, March 11th. Each session will have a lecturer with a presentation followed by discussion of the topics and chapter questions.

Tree Care Workshop Event Details

The Nebraska Forest Service will be hosting a virtual workshop series which will include 12 days with two identical live sessions on each day for you to choose between. The structure of the workshop series will follow the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Study Guide Manual with each session covering different chapters from the book.

This series will provide an opportunity for:

· Individuals who are interested in studying to test for arborist certification with either the International Society of Arboriculture or the Nebraska Arborist Association.

· Any certified arborists who need CEU’s.

· Any tree workers interested in building their tree knowledge.

The sessions will happen on Tuesday and Thursday each week, see the agenda below for details on times. Note that Feb. 23rd second session is a different time than the other sessions. The first session will begin on Tuesday, February 2nd and the last session will be on Thursday, March 11th. Each session will have a lecturer with a presentation followed by discussion of the topics and chapter questions.

NOTE: With many NFS staff members qualified to proctor ISA exams, at this time we are unable to schedule in person proctored exams. However, we can offer guidance on setting up an exam at one of our 5 Pearson Vue testing centers within the state.
