If you have not visited the BFGHS Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/bfghsphx) or website (https://www.bfghs.org/), please do so after reading this message. Stay connected.

The BFGHS newsletter offers great information and an opportunity for you to share your research challenges and successes.  If I learned nothing else from what 2020 left at my doorstep, it was that the human connection provided by Zoom was a saving grace; that the time dedicated toward family history research was focused and rewarding; and that the need I have to connect to my past, for the sake of future generations, is invigorating.

My hope for all members is that a possible passing interest, in wanting to know the name of a great grandfather, turns into a documented and researched story of family … from the known to the unknown.

Happy hunting,
Marie B. Scott
