More adult participants needed for Pen Pals Program
With the Activity Center hosting a group of 27 second graders, from Hopkins Public Schools using the building as their home-base for an experimental outdoor adventure class, we will be pairing up senior adults with each student to exchange handwritten letters each week. Participants will communicate with the same student from now until early June.

Letter writing is a great way for the students to practice their writing and communication skills and will also give you something to look forward to in the mail. All correspondence is sent through the Activity Center and personal information is kept confidential. Only first names will be exchanged. To sign up as a Pen Pal, call or email the office at activitycenter@hopkinsmn.com. Feel free to ask a friend if they would like to pen a letter as well!
