2020 is gone and here comes 2021!
As I am lapping up the sunshine and making stacks of Vitamin D, I pondered as to why so may of us have persistently low levels of Vitamin D. As we are still in the midst of COVID-19, I wondered exactly how Vitamin D can assist in protecting against viral infections.
