Laura Peck Joins Visit Evansville Sales Staff

Evansville – Visit Evansville is pleased to announce Laura Peck will be joining the organization as Senior Sales Manager. Laura is replacing Brooke Harmening, who resigned from Visit Evansville earlier in 2020. For the past four years, Peck worked for the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Evansville where she most recently served as the Assistant Director of Sales where she oversaw the day-to-day sales operations. Plus, she was responsible for managing multiple sales segments. Previously Peck served as Executive Director for Downtown Henderson, KY Partnership and held several past positions with Pillar Hotels & Resorts.
In her new role as Senior Sales Manager, Peck will be responsible for selling multiple meeting and convention sales segments, including attracting sporting events to Evansville Vanderburgh County. “We are very excited to add Laura to our sales team,” said Megan Heronemus, Director of Sales for Visit Evansville. "Laura has worked with a wide variety of meetings and conventions during her tenure with DoubleTree, plus she has an excellent understanding of how to sell Evansville, including the Old National Events Plaza,” said Heronemus. Peck begins her employment with Visit Evansville on January 11th.
