Mindful Life Program
Change Your HAT* with Intentions
Saturday, January 16, 4-5 pm MST US
Sunday, January 16, 10-11 am AEST in Melbourne, AU
The Mindful Life Community™ is excited to announce our next Mindful Living Skills webinar.
Many of us may have just set an intention for this new year and might be wondering how long we’ll even be able to remember it, let alone make it guide our actions. Setting intentions is an important part of living mindfully. With practice, we develop the use of intentions as a skill, a habit and a guide to our life. In this month’s webinar, Laura Bartels along with MLP Certified Teachers Carlos Ramos and Laura Hess will explore what leads to meaningful intentions and to the development of intention as a daily habit.
The panel for this month’s webinar:
Laura Bartels, Executive Directir of The Mindful Life Program™
Carlos Ramos, Certified MLP Mindfulness Teacher
Laura Hess, Certified MLP Mindfulness Teacher
Tap into their experience with developing and bringing intention to a mindful life. Explore ways together to engage in your day meaningfully.
The webinars are open to anyone, so feel free to invite friends. They are free to members of the Mindful Life Community™ and Mindfulness in Recovery® Community. Not a member yet? Register for just $10.
