Living Well in 2021 Webinar - free webinar. Friday 29th January 2021 @ 10.30am

This course is aimed at individuals that wish to learn about new and easy changes they can make to their daily lives to promote their wellbeing and happiness in 2021. It is also aimed at people that want to get inspiration for ways that they can bring improvements to their community and help others in their neighbourhood. There are small changes we can all make to our daily lives, even in lockdown, to help us feel better.

Attendees will hear from some fantastic organisations that work in West Berkshire and beyond including Connecting Communities in Berkshire, Volunteer Centre West Berkshire, Recovery in Mind, Get Berkshire Active and the Happiness Lab.

Learners will benefit from the following outcomes;

• A greater understanding of the 5 ways of wellbeing and how they can be included in our daily lives easily.

• Advice on how we can improve our wellbeing and community spirit in the current environment.

• Support available in West Berkshire (&beyond) and where to find further advice for ourselves, our friends, family and community to help us develop healthy new habits in 2021.

Training will help you to ensure you provide Covid Safe Food Hygiene prep and service in your Village Hall or Community Building - it is aimed at non-professionals (WI, Brownies/Guides/Scouts and Art/Chess/Cards/lunch Clubs etc.).
