Reminder Early Release Day
Wednesday, January 13th
Our next early release day of the school year is Wednesday, January 13th our school hours are 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Our standard staggered dismissal will run with the same process as it does on a full school day.
11:30-12:00 --- 1st round dismissal (green stickers on car tags)
12:00-12:30 --- 2nd round dismissal
After care is available to those who are pre-registered.
Bolts of Blue Spirit Sponsorship Levels of YEAR 7 ($175) and Above OR Students May Donate $6
Please read carefully, this is NOT AN ALL STUDENT dress down day
Homeroom teachers will be given rosters to validate those students who were awarded this non-uniform day.
Additional Students May Still Participate!
Any student(s) still wishing to participate in this non-uniform day can turn in their donation of $6.00 to their teacher on Wednesday, January 13th. Funds will apply to Bolts of Blue Campaign.

ATTENTION Bolts of Blue Donors Regarding Yearbook Ads
ATTENTION to our Bolts of Blue Donors who qualify for a free 1/2 page ad in our yearbook. An email with specific instructions on how to create your ads will be coming out shortly. You will create your own 1/2 page ad online using the tools offered by our yearbook company, Tree Ring. The due date for your 1/2 page ad is March 31, 2021. Please disregard the dates listed in your Bolts of Blue sponsorship packages as they were sent before we finalized our new yearbook company.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REPORTING A COVID DIAGNOSIS
If your child tests positive for COVID-19 we are requesting that parents immediately report this to the school via the following online form (even overnight and/or weekends).This will allow our step-by-step mitigation process to begin with contact tracing and notification to all students/staff that may have been potentially exposed. Thank you for your partnership in helping us keep all of our students and staff healthy.

Lutz Pre-Prep Preschool:
January 5, 2021 - January 8, 2021: Current Pre-Prep families register in person
January 5, 2021 - January 13, 2021 @ 3:00 PM:
Current Charter K-8 families must submit an Intent to Register form to the Pre-Prep Office.
These families will be randomly chosen and notified via email or phone to register on January 14th & 15th. In the event there are more Charter K-8 families who wish to register than spots available, the remaining families will be put on the wait list.
January 11, 2021: (one day only) Pre-Prep Alumni families register in person
January 14, 2021 - January 15, 2021: Selected Lutz Prep Charter K-8 families register in person.
January 19, 2021@ 9:00 AM: Pre-Prep Enrollment Lottery

1st Intent to Return for the 21-22 School Year
Lutz Preparatory School K-8 Intent to Return for All Current K-7th Grade Students
Currently enrolled K-7th grade students DO NOT need to be entered in our annual enrollment lottery. Parents must complete an Intent to Return Online Form that will be published in our Weekly Reminders beginning Monday, January 18th. Confirming each student's intent (to return or to transfer to another school) will allow us to accurately account for our 2021-22 student enrollment.
Available online Monday, January 18, 2020 through Monday, January 25th, 2020.
Deadline for submission is Monday, January 25th at at midnight.
Do You Have Children Not Currently Enrolled at Lutz Preparatory K-8?
Do you have additional children NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED enrolled at Lutz Preparatory K-8 that you would like to enroll in the 2021-22 school year?
All students NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED at Lutz Preparatory K-8 must apply via our enrollment lottery. Any siblings of currently enrolled K-8 students are defined as preferred enrolled sibling applicants in our lottery process by Florida State Statute. Please see the Admissions tab of our website for full details.
