This whole day training aims to provide a greater understanding of Child Sexual Exploitation, Criminal Exploitation (including County Lines), Child Trafficking and Children who go Missing.
PLEASE NOTE - Delegates should have completed basic awareness CE training before attending this training.
This course is aimed at Senior Managers from a range of organisations (not just schools) who are responsible for the operational implementation of Managing Allegations procedures. It's also intended for those officers who carry out investigations in children's and families, and understand the role and responsibilities of the Senior Manager & LADO.

Multi-Agency Working Together - (former L3 Initial)
This course aims to provide a clear understanding of working together in safeguarding from a multi-agency perspective. It will equip practitioners to address safeguarding concerns in their work with children and young people.
Multi-Agency Working Together - (former L3 Update)
This half-day course will bring participants up to date with changes in law, policy and procedures, locally and nationally. There is also an opportunity to work together on current safeguarding concerns to ensure that the best possible outcome is achieved for children and young people by agencies working effectively together.
PLEASE NOTE - Delegates should have completed the Multi-agency Working Together (formerly called Level 3 Initial) prior to attending this session.
This 3-hour session will focus on the constantly changing tech landscape and the risks and harms children and young people encounter online, especially in COVID times.
The event is particularly relevant for school Online safety champions, but also appropriate for police, community services, early years, library, social care, health and voluntary sector.
The aim of this course is to give participants an awareness and understanding of offender behaviour, identify the key features of staff recruitment that help deter or prevent the appointment of unsuitable people and consider their own policies and practices.
The course is for multi-agency professionals to develop their awareness and knowledge in working with Child Criminal Exploitation.

Supervision for Safeguarding
This course will be delivered over 2 virtual half-day sessions, a week apart.
This training is highly specialised, for a multi-agency audience. It aims to introduce those in leadership roles to supervision. The focus is on understanding the variety of factors that might affect the way in which staff respond to vulnerable children, and the role of supervision in managing anxiety and providing emotional support to staff.
