Q: How do I enroll in a training course?
A: Go to the desired training page and click "Take this Course." Follow the steps to Add to Cart and make an account. Once a purchase has been made, you an access your course through the Training Profile section of your profile. If you have difficulty, email marketing@cms-results.com.
Q: How can I access my certificate for a completed course?
A: Log in and go to your profile. Then navigate to the "Training Profile" tab to see your course progress. For each completed course, a certificate icon will appear. That can be accessed at anytime. If you've taken training with us in the past and don't see your course listed, we can manually add it if you email us with the details.
Q: Do you have resources I can download?
A: In our Resource Library or by using the search bar, you can access all of our resources available for download. If you log in to your account, all of your downloads will be available in the Account Details section of your profile.
Q: Do you offer custom training options?
A: Yes, we will work with you if your agency has a specific training need. We also perform a wide-range of administration and consulting services to help you meet HUD compliance.
Q: Do you provide discounts for AHMA members?
A: We partner with affordable housing organizations like AHMA to offer discounts or custom training options to their membership.
