We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2021, Moshe C. Bobker has become a partner of the firm. Moshe has been with TWW since 2015. He graduated St. John’s University School of Law in 2012. 

A seasoned litigator, Moshe handles all facets of litigation, including motions, hearings, and appeals, before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. His practice covers a wide variety of real estate-related areas, including landlord-tenant, condominiums and cooperatives, housing discrimination, contract, commercial, foreclosure, construction, and administrative law. Over the years, Moshe has developed a particular specialty in the area of service and emotional support animals in housing and the potential discrimination claims stemming from them.  He appeared on the TV program ‘Today’s Verdict’ in 2018 to share his thoughts and analysis.

Moshe is an avid sports fan and enjoys reading mysteries in his free time (which, with two beautiful children, is hard to come by!).
