Friday 15th & Saturday 16th January: a rare opportunity to add a qualification to your portfolio with a visiting trainer.
There is no prerequisite for the Advanced Resuscitation Techniques (ART) Course, so if you’re not keen on the surf component of the Bronze Medallion, this might be your thing.

Sea Shepherd Event: Clean the beach and movie night
Let's show the community how much Albany Surf Life Saving Clubbies care - come along and help clean up our beautiful beach!
Meet at the club for a Middleton Beach clean up and ocean pollution education session this Friday from 4:15, followed by a free sausage sizzle for the kids at 6pm (vegetarian options available).

Cadet Camp Parent Volunteers
Parents required to help run Cadet Camp Friday February 12th to Sunday February 14th.
The ASLSC runs a cadet camp at Camp Quaranup each year for U14 & U15’s who have their SRC.
It starts after school Friday and finishes late morning Sunday.

Surf Kids Starts 7th February
Inviting your kids between the ages of 4 and 5 years to come down to Middleton Beach and join the Surf Kids program. For 6 sessions starting on Sunday January the 7th at 9:30am children will familiarise themselves with the beach and increase their confidence whilst having fun. Comp Cap Update
Hi guys, welcome back to the New Year. There was only a light spattering of you last Sunday but you competed well in all events.
Well done to all of you for continuing to arrive, set up and compete with a smile by 7.30am, keep that up! The conditions were ideal for the first session of the year. With such a gentle swell, it’s a great way to work on technique and help build skill for when the swell increases.

Middleton Beach Foreshore Enhancement Project: January Update
In addition to the ongoing renewal of the main carpark servicing the Middleton Beach Foreshore and ASLSC, the City of Albany will recommence landscape works around the club in early January.

Disabled Surfers Association’s newest branch, DSA Great Southern (DSAGS) will hold four events in 2021.
Saturdays – January 16th, February 20th, March 13th, April 17th, in the water 10am to 11:30/12 noon followed by presentations and a free BBQ.
