Launching Thursday 14th January -
Sutton Wellbeing Line
Sutton Mental Health Foundation is working with Sutton Council to deliver a free phone service for those in need of support within the London Borough of Sutton.
For the next three months SMHF will be operating Sutton Wellbeing Line - a dedicated freephone line running 20 hours a week, which residents can call if they need someone to talk to.
January is traditionally a difficult month for many people, and going into a third lockdown has put increased strain on a lot of people. It is likely more people will need support with their mental and emotional wellbeing than ever before.
Sometimes just talking to someone can be really helpful; our staff are here to listen and offer support. We can also put you in touch with other organisations who may be able to help if that is what is needed.
