Based on frequently asked questions from customers today we wanted to clarify that this is only affecting your Smithville Streaming TV service, using the “YourTV” app. We are not changing or removing any other Smithville services. Your other streaming services, such as Hulu, Netflix, and HBO Max, etc. will NOT be impacted by this change and WILL continue to work on our internet service if you subscribe to them.
