17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. 18 All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. 20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

January is always actually one of my favorite months. It seems like everyone takes the time to organize which is always a fresh way to start a new year. Wishing all of you a healthy and blessed New Year!
JUST ONE THINGfor January and February will look a little different. Ask yourself what is the JUST ONE THINGthat you absolutely cannot live without? Is it peanut butter on your toast? Could it be that favorite granola or protein bar, maybe your favorite canned soup to warm you up on a chilly winter day? I am asking you to share your favorite JUST ONE THING for the next couple of months. Watch theBOGO’s at the local grocery stores. Maybe your favorite thing is buy one get one free so you can share a few. You can drop off your favorite food donations in the basket in the Narthex or in the barrel in the school lobby.
I cannot even begin to thank all of you for the out pouring of food during our holiday food drives. We basically blessed over 210 families with boxes of food from both drives. What a blessing Faith was to our local community. I would also like to give a huge shout out to all of you who helped pack, sort, load, drive and unload the donations at the food pantry. It was amazing!
In His Service,
Colleen Umphrey
Recycle your Christmas Cards!!!!
Remember all those nice Christmascards which so warmed your heart this season (and those that just brought a much-needed chuckle)? Now that the season is almost over, you're probably wondering what to do with them... Unless you save them to look at throughout the year and remember some special people, what's the best use for them? RECYCLE THEM!!! We have a lady in the congregation who recycles them throughout the year to share with our military personnel. Please bring your cards and drop them into the box below the church mailboxes - she'll be thrilled to have so many to share with those who serve our country.
